DEBRA PEPPERS, KJSL am630 RADIO, INTERVIEWS KATHY
Sharon Sesseman, Jessica Sesseman, and myself were driving down 270 on the way to the Radio Station and all of a sudden, "Ain't No Grave" came over the radio. We were just squealing and carrying on. It was so exciting to actually hear it over the radio. Well, all I can say is: "My Cup Runneth Over"!! God, how much better can it get to be able to share what you have done for me over radio. I hope you all had the opportunity to listen in on the interview. I talked about being a bus-kid and sharing my testimony of my life, and ended the interview with the song God gave me last month with the message of "Going the Second Mile" Matthew 5:41. We took lots of pictures in the station and I will be putting them on the website this week. Debra asked me to describe how to know if you are truly doing God's will and using the gifts He has given you. I answered by saying, "Your gift will involve doing things you enjoy the most and then you look around and think, the only way I accomplished that was God! All you have to have is a willing heart. God will do the rest. Thank you Debra for giving me this wonderful opportunity. I will always cherish it and give God the glory & honor!!

Anyway, he will be polishing it up and hopefully I will have a cut by the end of this week. I can't wait to share it with the public. I hopefully will be singing it this Saturday at the Bookstore. So come out and listen. I also did some backup vocals for Damon Stephens, a wonderful songwriter and recording artist. Thank you Damon for believeing in me. We serve an awesome God. |

KATHY PERFORMS CONCERT AT KINGDOM TREASURES CHRISTIAN BOOKSTORE
Glory to God!! Customers were greeted today by God's Word in Song as they browsed the bookstore. Melinda Hoyer and myself took turns sharing and the customers were receptive. I debuted by new song "The Second Mile". What a joy in Lord I experienced. God is soooooooooooo good!! God tells us to be ready to give an account for what we believe at all times. This song allowed me to share a part of my testimony of going the second mile for Jesus!! Matthew 5:41 says it all, IF A SOLDIER DEMANDS THAT YOU CARRY HIS GEAR FOR A MILE, CARRY IT TWO MILES. Jesus did just that. He never stopped at what was expected of Him, He always went beyond that. We must do the same.
Thanks to Aunt Dinah, Tara, Mary, Jesse, & Dee for coming out to support me. |
